We do not do refunds. Our tutus and tops are custom made to the person that it is ordered for. Once you place the order, it is already in the process of being made.
Shipping TOP Free Shipping on all orders over $100
As many of the items on our website are custom made to order, your order will be filled within a general 6 to 8 week processing time during the months of Aug. to Jan. and then shipped by US Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post within the US or by International Express Mail for international orders with delivery outside the United States. Please unless you have reached the above waiting period please do not contact us frequently about your order.
If you need an order shipped sooner than the standard 6 to 8 week processing time, please contact us before placing the order to verify that the items are in stock OR can be custom made and shipped in time to meet your requested delivery date.
If a RUSH order request is approved, please select the RUSH shipping option at checkout, and be sure to make a note in the comment box requesting delivery by the date needed. Please place your order to allow enough time for your event.

TOP We insure this does not happen with open communication during the ordering process. However, we understand that kids grow fast so in the rare case of occurring we will gladly exchange the item(s) for a different size. You will only be charged for the new shipping fee.
When shipping the items back please include your name, email address, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know what size you would like. We will take care of this for you within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we have received the item(s). Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is damaged during shipment to us. Which payment methods do you accept? TOP Once you submit your order and address information you will automatically be taken to the Google site to submit your payment. That page will have our name and payment information on it, along with the total amount due. Simply fill out the form and make your payment. That's it! If you would like to mail a check or send a money order please contact us for information. How do I change the products that I ordered? TOP If you ordered the wrong product or if you would like to delete or add a product, the best idea is to contact us right away!This can only be done within 24 hours of placing an order. Once you place and order you only have 24 hrs to cancel it.
How do I pay by check or money order by mail? TOP If you would prefer to send your order to us by mail, just contact us and we will give you directions for payment. Note: We will not begin working on your order until we have received payment. Of course, we can not guarantee how long it will take for your payment to get to us. Will I be notified when my package ships? TOP How can I suggest a product for you to carry? TOP Still have questions? TOP Can my order be gift wrapped and mailed to an address other than my own?
